Got questions?
Got questions?
We have got answers.
Everything you need to know about the Kaleo Soft Ball.
Can the ball burst during a workout session?
No. The Kaleo Support Soft Ball is made from high-grade anti-burst PVC with a slow-deflate system. In case of accidental puncture, it releases air gradually without popping, ensuring total safety during intense exercises.
What is it mainly used for?
The Soft Ball is an all-in-one accessory: place it between your thighs to activate the pelvic floor and adductors, under your lower back for lumbar support, against a wall for arm and shoulder work, or use it for deep relaxation and recovery.
How do I adjust the inflation and firmness?
You can inflate it by mouth or using a standard small pump. The more air you add, the firmer the resistance. A moderate inflation allows slight deformation under pressure for optimal comfort, while full inflation provides extra challenge.
What are the shipping times?
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours. Tracked delivery takes 3 to 5 business days. 100% Free shipping with email tracking included.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes. You have a 30-day money-back guarantee from the day you receive your parcel. Items must be returned in their original packaging for a full refund within 10 business days.
